Services
Khan IT provides search engine optimization, local SEO, AI SEO (GEO), Google Business Profile optimization, technical SEO and website development services. The specific scope, deliverables and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal.
No guarantee of rankings
SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition and market conditions. While we use proven, ethical methods, we do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes or revenue. Any examples or case studies are illustrative and do not guarantee comparable outcomes.
Client responsibilities
- Provide timely access, content, approvals and accurate information.
- Ensure you have the rights to any materials you supply to us.
- Use only ethical, lawful practices in connection with our work.
Intellectual property
All content on this website is owned by Khan IT or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Deliverables created for clients are governed by the applicable engagement agreement.
Payment
Fees, billing cycles and payment terms are set out in your engagement agreement. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khan IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.
Third-party services
Our services may rely on third-party platforms (such as Google). We are not responsible for changes to, or the availability of, those platforms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
